In case you were wondering, Samuel Johnson compiled one of the most important dictionaries in the history of the English language. He was a man familiar with completing long, labor-intensive tasks, and he knew a thing or two about the word “perseverance”; after all, he defined it.

The end of SBI is in sight; you have eleven days, two exams, and one final project to go. No doubt you’re eager to finish up, to relax, and to enjoy the last month of your summer… but you’re not quite finished yet. You’ve been writing your own dictionary this summer, and right now you’re just about done with “R”; you only have a a few letters left, but there’s still plenty of words and a lot of hard work to go. Whether your SBI experience turns out to be great, or something less than great, will depend on what you make of these last eleven days. Make the most of them.
